隱私權政策 Privacy policy
丹麥台灣商會（以下簡稱「TCCDK」、「我們」）致力於保護您的隱私。本隱私權政策旨在說明 TCCDK Members App（以下簡稱「本 App」）如何根據歐盟《一般資料保護規則》(GDPR) 收集、處理及保護您的個人資料。
我們收集的資訊
為了運作本 App 並提供會員服務，我們僅收集最小限度的必要資料：
身份識別資訊： 您的姓名、電子郵件地址。
技術數據： 裝置類型、作業系統版本（僅用於系統維護、除錯及優化使用者體驗）。
資料處理的目的與法律依據
我們根據 GDPR 規定，基於以下法律依據處理您的資料：
履行合約： 為了驗證您的會員資格、提供會員通訊錄功能及相關服務。
合法利益： 為了維護 App 的安全性、防止未經授權的存取及進行必要的會務溝通。
資料分享與第三方服務
我們絕不會將您的個人資料出售給第三方用於行銷目的。 然而，為了技術運作（例如資料庫託管、雲端儲存），我們可能會委託符合 GDPR 規範的第三方服務提供商（資料處理者）協助處理資料。如有法律要求，我們亦可能有義務向執法機關揭露資訊。
資料保留期限
我們僅在您維持 TCCDK 會員身份期間，或法律要求的期限內保留您的個人資料。若您終止會員資格或主動要求刪除帳號，我們將在合理時間內刪除您的所有資料。
您的權利
根據 GDPR，您擁有以下權利：
存取權： 要求查詢或取得您的個人資料副本。
更正權： 要求更正不準確的資料。
刪除權（被遺忘權）： 要求我們刪除您的個人資料。
限制處理與資料可攜權： 要求限制資料使用或取得機器可讀格式的資料。

兒童安全與兒少性虐待內容 (CSAM) 政策
本 App 對於兒少性虐待內容 (CSAM) 採取零容忍政策。我們嚴禁使用者在本 App 內上傳、分享或散布任何涉及兒童性剝削或虐待的內容。若發現此類違法行為，我們將立即採取行動，包括但不限於：刪除違規內容、停權使用者帳號，並依法向相關執法機關或兒少保護機構（如 NCMEC）通報。

The Taiwan Chamber of Commerce in Denmark (hereinafter referred to as "TCCDK", "we", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how the TCCDK Members App (hereinafter referred to as "the App") collects, processes, and protects your personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
To operate the App and provide membership services, we collect only the minimum necessary data:
Identity Information: Your name and email address.
Technical Data: Device type and operating system version (used solely for system maintenance, debugging, and optimizing user experience).
In accordance with GDPR regulations, we process your data based on the following legal grounds:
Performance of a Contract: To verify your membership status, provide member directory functions, and deliver related services.
Legitimate Interests: To maintain the security of the App, prevent unauthorized access, and conduct necessary chamber communications.
We will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
However, for technical operations (e.g., database hosting, cloud storage), we may engage GDPR-compliant third-party service providers (data processors) to assist in processing data. We may also be obligated to disclose information to law enforcement agencies if required by law.
We retain your personal data only as long as you maintain your TCCDK membership, or for the period required by law. If you terminate your membership or actively request account deletion, we will delete all your data within a reasonable timeframe.
Under the GDPR, you have the following rights:
Right of Access: To request to view or obtain a copy of your personal data.
Right to Rectification: To request the correction of inaccurate data.
Right to Erasure (Right to be Forgotten): To request that we delete your personal data.
Right to Restriction of Processing and Data Portability: To request restrictions on data usage or to obtain data in a machine-readable format.

Child Safety and CSAM Policy
The App has a zero-tolerance policy regarding Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). We strictly prohibit users from uploading, sharing, or distributing any content that involves the sexual exploitation or abuse of children. Upon discovery of such illegal activities, we will take immediate action, including but not limited to: removing the violating content, suspending user accounts, and reporting to relevant law enforcement agencies or child protection organizations (such as NCMEC).
